Method 1

Recover Apple Account Using Computer

1 Visit the My Apple ID webpage. You can access the My Apple ID webpage by typing "appleid.apple.com" into your browser's address bar.

2 Click the "Retrieve your Apple ID" link. The link is below the "Create Apple ID" button at the bottom right of the page.

3 Enter your information. You will need to enter your first and last name and your associated email address. You can choose whether to enter a previous email address. Click "Next" when you have completed the information. If you use your current email address to register your Apple ID, the entire operation becomes relatively simple.

4 Verify your date of birth. Before retrieving your Apple ID, you need to enter your date of birth for identity verification.

5 Select how to retrieve your account. You have two options to choose from: you can choose to receive your login information by email, or you can choose to answer security questions. If you choose to receive information by email, the corresponding email will be sent to your current email address and the previous email address used for the linked account. If you choose to answer the security question, then you need to answer two questions correctly. All questions are prompt questions set when you registered your ID.

6 Reset your password. If you choose to answer the security question, your ID information will appear on the next page after successful verification. You need to set a new password again. If you retrieve your ID via email, you will receive an email with a password reset link. The email address to receive emails is your Apple ID.

Retrieve ID using your iOS device

1 Open the setup program. You can do this by clicking the Settings button from the device home page. This method works on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.

2 Click "iTunes & App Store". This option is the first option in the fifth column from the top. You need to swipe the screen to find this option.
